Cancellation Policy (For Guests Changing Their Plans)

• We are unable to offer refunds if your plans change, as our trips are planned in advance based on passenger numbers.

• Please notify us via email as soon as you need to cancel to discuss.

Weather-Related Cancellations (By Us)

• In the event of bad or unsafe weather, we will do our best to reschedule your outing (for a day trip or evening cruise). If rescheduling isn’t possible, a full refund will be provided.

• For weekly charters impacted by weather, we’ll arrange alternative land excursions (like visits to Lake Melissani or Drogarati Cave).

Allergy Disclaimer: Nut-Free Environment

• Please note that we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment aboard our vessels. While we will do our best to accommodate guests with allergies, traces of nuts may still be present. Guests with food allergies should bring their own snacks or meals suitable for their dietary needs.

Recommended Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all guests purchase personal travel insurance to cover trip changes, cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

• Please ensure your policy covers weather-related cancellations, medical evacuation, and any pre-existing conditions.
